• Enhanced quality control due to our ASME “U” and “R” stamps.

• Each bid is provided with a custom weight analysis of each apparatus, item by item. This analysis, with calculated “response” weights shows the total amount of apparatus load distributed to each axle.

• A readily accessible “pull out” electrical panel that precludes the need to unload a compartment for troubleshooting electrical problems.

• A totally modular design whereby the body or tank can be removed for repair without structurally disturbing the other modules.

• Overall baffle performance and vertical CG stability tests on a closed course, each dynamically measured by a custom programmed computer analysis.

• Development of the Poly-Pyroline tank, which combines the superior structural virtues of stainless steel and other desired characteristics of polypropylene or fiberglass. Our tank provides total protection from MIC (Microbial Induced Corrosion).

• The Semo hard piping standard is Schedule 40, type 304 stainless steel.

• The Semo body standard is type 304 stainless steel.

• Service facilities in three locations: Ocala, Fl; Perryville, MO; and Springfield, MO.

• Nationwide pickup service with a rollback unit for apparatus that may have been involved in an accident.
